man I am not a competitive person but this willy wonka game show is really getting me. I was so unsure how how this would go but it’s a solid show. they did SO well recreating parts of the movie, specifically the main candy room. I am a little sad they don’t have a willy wonka himself. solid choice of game show if you’re looking for something to watch.

work was weird again today. my coworker is just the ultimate challenge. he really just kinda let me do everything but in a way that I was left with no support. super odd behavior of staying out of everything while also not supporting me both with the regular service stuff and with my questions about little things. I just cannot understand. just trying to keep up with me. makes things significantly more of an unnecessary uphill battle. otherwise, work has been great. I’m enjoying all the little things, I am getting a little bored though with the same day in and day out.

school was also extremely boring. I really do wish I had more to do with my time OR MORE HAIRCUTS. we just aren’t getting any cuts in, which is highly annoying. I’m just not getting practice in on cuts, which will be the majority of my work. honestly just putzing around until october starts cause then I’ll have a bunch of things to get signed off on. did an hour-ish on theory, and I cut some curtain bangs, then did an updo. very very boring, truthfully. it’s unfortunate that I am sitting in this class that I’m paying for and getting very little experience thus far. took the night off from homework. more much needed rest.

it’s been very rainy here and was dreary most of the day. it’ll get hot later in the week. anyway, just little things in my big world.
